IPIF is a community-driven foundation committed to empowering women and youth with practical, relevant skills that respond to today’s realities.

Our Mission

Why This Work Matters
Partnering with Local Communities

When women earn, families are stronger.

When youth have skills, communities move forward.

By investing in practical skills, entrepreneurship, and creativity, we help break cycles of unemployment and dependency—one person, one community at a time.

Communities where women and young people are skilled, confident, and economically empowered to shape their own futures.

To empower women and youth—especially in rural and underserved communities—with practical skills, confidence, and opportunities that lead to sustainable livelihoods.

Our Vision

To make a lasting impact, we know that we must actively engage and include the communities we are seeking to help. We are continually learning and growing in how we show up as an authentic, ethical partner.

Community First

We believe the people closest to the problem are closest to the solution. Our work starts with listening, trust, and partnership with the communities we serve.

Dignity & Respect

Every woman and young person deserves to be seen, heard, and valued. We work in ways that honor lived experiences, cultural contexts, and personal agency.

Training must lead somewhere. We focus on skills that can be used immediately to earn income, build confidence, and improve daily life.

Practical Empowerment
Inclusion & Access

We prioritize women, rural communities, and underserved youth—especially those who are often excluded from opportunity.

Integrity

We are accountable to our communities, partners, and supporters. We do what we say, and we do it transparently.

We believe empowerment is a journey. We support learning, adaptability, and resilience—because real change takes time.
